MOOC
The Massive Open Online Cours (MOOC) is designed in order to promote the development of skills for mentoring entrepreneurs in devising a strategy for digital transformation. An innovative curriculum and MOOC will be developed inspired by the need to meet the special support needs of SME entrepreneurs. The skills will be certified in line with the European Commission Communication about Microcredentials. The MOOC will be complemented with a LTTA.
Tube Story
It is a "story told like a TV series," which aims to raise awareness and educate entrepreneurs. It contains self-produced and existing video resources (animations, interviews, speeches, tutorials, success stories, lessons). These will be developed according to a script, divided into episodes in a path with the purpose of raising awareness and do training on "SME digital transformation strategy”. At the end of each episode, beneficiaries will give feedback in an evaluative key.
Tutoring Kit and Digital Advisor
The Kit will contain materials and tools used by tutors in in-person tutoring/learning activities directed to entrepreneurs. It will contain the tutoring process (program), guidelines for facilitating dialogues among entrepreneurs, a collection of sectoral digital transformation strategies, a Digital Advisor for self-assessment (Fast Scan) and digital transformation strategy identification (Fast Strat). Use of the kit will enable WBL learning for practitioners and entrepreneurs.
